Refusal of the Owner from signing this Agreement and / or failure to comply with at least one point of the Agreement completely removes any liability from the Breeder.
Отказ Владельца от подписания данного Договора и/или неисполнение хотя бы 1 пункта Договора, полностью снимает любую ответственность с Заводчика.
A kitten is considered reserved only after making a deposit, which is not less than 50% of the total cost. A deposit must be made before the kitten reaches 2 x months. The deposit is not refundable if the buyer refuses the kitten and is considered compensation for the maintenance of the kitten and lost opportunities for selling it. The kitten is sent to the buyer only after full payment at the age of 4 months. Delivery of a kitten is not included in its price and is paid separately by the buyer. maintenance and care of a kitten after 4 months of age in the breeder's house is paid additionally by the buyer.
